The “ pulsestep.io “ domain, which also is in control of the people who abruptly left Step, is now part of the first legal steps. A notice and takedown letter has been sent to the website administrators last Friday and given a deadline of 7 days to act on the removal of the infringing content. If no response is received, then the letter will be sent directly to the content and domain registrar to ensure a forced removal. Even if some of you may think this is an unnecessary step, it greatly reinforces our, company and investors, position in the litigation that may come up. Please note that the takedown process we have pursued in no way affects Step website, nor any other related content or asset, eg. mobile apps, as WALKWITHSTEP LTD is the owner of the “Step” trademarks. As always, we continue to ask our loyal user base to be patient, while the appropriate and necessary steps to solve the whole matter continue to being taken.
